1. Educational use
Spark & Seed provides general educational content and hypothetical tools. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. No content forms an adviser-client, fiduciary, teacher-student, or other professional relationship.
2. Young users
The site is written for young people, families, and educators. Young users should involve a parent, guardian, teacher, or other trusted adult before making decisions involving real money, accounts, identity information, contracts, or security.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse, print, and use the public lessons for personal, family, library, and classroom education. Do not use the site to break laws, harm another person, bypass security, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent content as personalized advice, or collect information from children.
4. Downloads and adaptation
Resources explicitly marked as free classroom or family guides may be copied and adapted for non-commercial educational use with attribution to Spark & Seed. Do not imply endorsement, remove safety boundaries, or add financial product recommendations while presenting the result as our material.
5. Simulations and accuracy
Calculator and simulator outputs depend on inputs and simplified assumptions. Fixed scenarios are invented for teaching. We aim for accuracy but do not promise that every page, calculation, link, or jurisdiction-specific reference will be complete, current, or error-free.
6. External links
External sites have their own content, privacy practices, accessibility, and terms. Linking to a public agency or organization does not mean it endorses Spark & Seed, and we do not control external content.
7. Availability and changes
The site may change, pause, or remove content. Material updates should preserve transparent review dates and should not silently invent organizational status or legal claims.
8. Organization and contact status
The responsible legal organization and monitored contact channel have not been provided. These terms are a launch-stage draft and must receive appropriate legal review and verified organization details before public launch.
